The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-ET-L3-NN-FW drive controller is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Within an IndraDrive system, it serves as a single-axis inverter that regulates current and voltage for servo motion in packaging, handling, and processing equipment. As a one-axis module, it suits machine layouts that separate power electronics by function and place the drive close to the controlled section of the machine. The unit operates from 3 x AC 200 to 500 V ±10% and can deliver up to 5 A of peak current to the connected axis. Cooling is provided by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which removes heat without external ducting.
The control section uses the ADVANCED variant, which is matched to the power stage in this configuration. Real-time data exchange between axes is handled by a SERCOS III master with cross communication interface, allowing synchronized communication within the drive network. Integrated safety is provided by STO (Safe Torque Off), which removes torque-producing energy from the motor without using external contactors. The controller also uses a shared DC-link concept, allowing compatible units in the same system to use common infeed energy. This arrangement supports modular multi-axis layouts and centralized power distribution inside the cabinet.
