These compact devices are designed for food processing and packaging machines, machine tools, general automation, and the semiconductor industry.
The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW is a model of Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive Cs drive converters. It features a standard control panel with a single-line display and the programming module function. This accessory provides real-time information on the operating state of the control unit, and displays error messages, serving as a useful tool for fault resolution. The drive converter supports control sections in the ADVANCED range and uses a sercos III cross communication module. It has a digital/analog I/O extension and can be installed in a control cabinet due to its compact size. Its cooling takes place in this control cabinet with an internal cooling system.
Like other HCS01 drive converters, the HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW has a multi-encoder interface, allowing several standard encoders to be connected. These include the MS2N motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the SHL02.1 Hall sensor box, and the MSK motor encoder.
