Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW is a compact AC drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It regulates velocity, torque, and position for servo axes and small spindles in automated machinery. The controller routes power and feedback between the mains supply, the IndraDrive control section, and connected motors. This makes it suitable for compact machine axes that require coordinated motion and stable closed-loop control.
This controller operates from a three-phase supply of 3 × AC 110–230 V ±10%, allowing use on low-voltage factory networks without an isolation transformer. Its device peak output current is 3 A, so the unit is suited to fractional-kilowatt motors that need quick but moderate torque bursts. Thermal energy is removed by internal blower cooling, which avoids external ducting and helps keep cabinet layouts simple. Network traffic for setup and PLC commands passes through the built-in MultiEthernet port, allowing direct connection to EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or SERCOS III networks. An IP20 housing protects live parts from accidental contact and from settled dust when the drive is mounted inside a control cabinet. Because the cabinet provides the outer enclosure protection, no additional gasketing is included on the drive itself.
The encoder feedback socket accepts Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface / EnDat 2.1 / 2.2 signals, giving the drive high-resolution position data from compatible motors. These feedback options let the controller work with several common encoder formats used in the IndraDrive platform. The control section uses a BASIC design for standard motion functions. The power stage supports a common DC bus, allowing regenerated energy to be shared with neighboring axes. The unit is design version 1, which sets the mechanical footprint and connector style used in the HCS01 line.
