The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW is an industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of electrical motors used in production and processing systems. This industrial controller is designed by some of the best industrial engineers; it features a unique design that allows it to maintain complete control over the operation of the electric motor even when the motor is operating over a broad speed range. The handling of this converter is fairly easy and straightforward; however, to maintain the high operational efficiency of the controller and prevent industrial accidents, operators should ensure only personnel who are familiar with Rexroth Indramat devices and have gone through the documentation of the controller should be allowed to handle the device. Also, the enclosure of this converter only provides protection that meets the IP20 protection class; for optimum protection, the converter must be installed into an additional control cabinet that can provide a minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.
The continuous input current required by the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW industrial converter during operation is about 3.3 amperes, while the control input voltage supplied to the controller by the power supply unit is about 24 volts.
