Bosch Rexroth’s HCS01 drive converters are built with several features that improve efficiency for different applications. These include their compact size, multiple interfaces, and high overload capacity. They are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system suited for general automation, food processing and packaging machines, and machine tools.
The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-L4-NN-FW is an HCS01 drive converter in the IndraDrive Cs product range designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for control sections in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range and supports installation within a control cabinet due to its compact size. Its two multi-encoder interfaces allow standard encoders with supply voltage ratings of 5V and 12V to be connected to it. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the MSK motor encoder, and the SHL02.1 Hall sensor box. The converter is also equipped with a Multi-Ethernet master communication interface that allows Ethernet-based protocols like sercos III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT.
An integrated brake current measurement and monitoring function protects the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-L4-NN-FW from potentially harmful conditions. It has LEDs that notify users of its operating status in real-time and indicate unresolved faults.
