The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a compact cabinet-mount unit, it governs servo or induction motors in modular production lines and material-handling cells, closing torque and speed loops within the drive while exchanging real-time status with the central PLC. This arrangement supports coordinated axis behavior in automated equipment where stable motion control and compact cabinet integration are required.

In design version 1, the controller is supplied with an ADVANCED control section that supports fast position, velocity, and diagnostic tasks. Its device electronics can deliver up to 3 A of peak output current to the connected power section, allowing operation of small-frame motors without current derating. Drive coordination is handled through the SERCOS III master cross-communication port, while field-level data exchange with legacy automation assets is available over a dedicated PROFIBUS channel. The housing carries an IP20 rating, so it is intended for installation inside a closed electrical cabinet. The unit does not include an integrated safety interface, so safe stop functions must be handled externally.

For supply power, the converter accepts 3 x AC 110…230 V ±10%, enabling operation on common facility power systems without an external transformer. Motor feedback wiring connects to the front panel through the Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 interface, supporting both single-turn and multi-turn position sensors.
