The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It links plant AC mains to servo or induction motors and regulates torque, speed, and integrated safety functions in multi-axis equipment. The unit belongs to the compact HCS01 line, which makes it suitable for machinery with limited cabinet space and tightly grouped components. This unit is part of design version 1 within the HCS01 line.

Communication with higher-level PLCs is handled through a SERCOS III master with cross communication interface, allowing deterministic motion data to move between axes in real time and keeping synchronized operations coordinated. The controller uses the ADVANCED control section, which provides access to extended motion and safety functions without external option cards. Thermal regulation is provided by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which moves cabinet air across the heat sink and avoids the need for external ducting. The power stage can deliver up to 3 A of peak output current and is rated for 3 x AC 110 to 230 V ±10% input, matching low-voltage distribution networks commonly used on compact machinery.
