Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It manages servo and spindle axes in factory automation. The unit combines motion control, power supply functions, and field communication in a compact housing intended for cabinet installation. This layout allows a single drive package to support controlled axis operation in packaging, handling, and other automated equipment.
The power electronics accept a three-phase mains input of 3 x AC 110 to 230 V ±10%, allowing the same hardware to operate from low or standard industrial line voltages. During acceleration, the inverter can supply up to 3 A of peak current to the connected motor, which suits low-power axes in compact machinery. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so no external fans or liquid circuits are required. The housing has an IP20 rating, which means live parts are protected against accidental contact but the unit must be installed inside a cabinet. An ADVANCED control section is fitted to the power unit, while a dedicated safety interface is not included. Because cooling air moves through the housing, cabinet placement should leave space for unobstructed airflow.
For axis communication, the drive provides a SERCOS III master with cross communication channel for real-time data exchange between neighboring drives. Feedback devices connect to an IndraDyn Hiperface or EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder input, and higher-level network control can also use the built-in MultiEthernet interface for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT topologies. This combination supports local motion coordination while also linking the drive to common industrial Ethernet networks. Within the HCS01 line, this model is design version 1 and functions as an infeeding or feeder power supply.
