The Bosch Rexroth HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller. The IndraDrive Cs (HCS01) compact single-axis controllers cover the lower kilowatts range of the power range. They combine power and control units in a single unit, and offer Ethernet-based communication, a multi-encoder interface, and integrated safety technology. Compatible motors include MSM, MSK, MCL MS2n and third-part motors. The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW supports a multi-encoder interface, a Multi-Ethernet interface, and a SERCOS III master interface. The SERCOS interface allows cross-connection with SERCOS-enabled devices. The controller has three components: a power section, an advanced control section and a control panel. The control panel on the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW is a standard control panel. It features a single-line LCD display and a four-button keypad. Firmware for the controller has to be ordered separately. The controller relies on convection cooling. The heated air is released inside the cabinet.
The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW drive controller is available in an IP20 rated compact enclosure. The multi-encoder interface supports all standard encoders including Hiperface, EnDat 2.1, SSI, BiSS C, TTL, sin/cos, resolver, MSM encoder and MS2N encoder. An integrated analog input supports ±10 Volts with 14-bit resolution. The controller also supports 8 digital inputs that include two probe inputs and one combined I/O that can be configured as a digital input or as a digital output. The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW supports performance-depending fan control and integrated brake current measurement and monitoring. The controller supports connection to three-phase AC mains at 110 to 230 Volts AC. Its rated output current is 1.1 Amps and can go up to a peak value of 3.3 Amps. The controller mounts in the vertical orientation. Only trained professionals should work on installation and maintenance of the controller. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
