The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW belongs to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is an AC drive controller that closes the control loop between a PLC and IndraDyn or third-party servo motors. This arrangement allows the controller to regulate motor response while following commands from the higher-level system. The controller draws power from a three-phase supply rated at 3 x AC 110…230 V ±10%, so it can connect directly to low-voltage factory mains without an external transformer. Communication with higher-level motion controllers is handled by the SERCOS III master port, which supports cyclic data exchange and cross communication between multiple drives. For non-SERCOS networks, an integrated MultiEthernet interface supports EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT, so the same hardware can be used across different control platforms. Motor feedback is received through the IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder input, and this allows absolute position capture at power-up when a compatible encoder is used.
