The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW is an HCS drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It forms the power section of multi-axis systems, exchanging real-time commands with a higher-level PLC to manage torque, speed, and position of connected motors. By combining control and power electronics in one narrow housing, the unit saves panel space while maintaining deterministic motion in packaging equipment, material-handling stations, and general factory machinery.

Power is drawn from a three-phase supply of 3 x AC 110 to 230 V ±10%, so the same hardware can operate on both 120 V and 208 V networks. During acceleration peaks, the inverter delivers up to 3 A of output current, which suits small servo axes that require moderate peak torque. Command and diagnostic data are exchanged over a SERCOS III master interface that supports cross communication, allowing several drives to coordinate without separate fieldbus couplers. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower. The cabinet-mounted housing carries an IP20 protection rating, so live parts remain finger-safe when the controller is installed in a closed control panel.
