The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW is a compact drive controller in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Classified as an HCS drive controller, it conditions incoming three-phase power, modulates motor voltage, and exchanges status data so coordinated motion can be executed across multi-axis machines and automated cells. It is intended for servo applications that require controlled acceleration, regulated speed, and dependable communication between the controller and the connected motor. Its compact form also suits cabinet installations where motion performance must be maintained in a limited footprint.
The controller accepts a supply of 3 x AC 110...230 V ±10%, allowing direct connection to low-voltage plant mains. Its device electronics can deliver a peak output of 13 A, which sets the upper limit for short-term motor acceleration torque. Network traffic for diagnostics and command data is routed through the built-in MultiEthernet port, enabling integration with EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT topologies. Component protection is provided by an IP20 enclosure, which shields against solid objects and is suitable for use inside closed cabinets. Thermal regulation relies on internal air cooling provided by an integrated blower, so heat is removed without external ducting.
The unit uses an Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 feedback channel for high-resolution motor position sensing, while motion shutdown is handled by the dual-channel STO and SBC safety interface. The power supply topology is Infeeding / Feeded, which allows the converter to absorb or return braking energy when it operates with neighboring drives on the same system. Even though Interface 2 is not equipped, the unit is factory matched with the BASIC control section design for standard control functions and consistent operation. The module belongs to the HCS01 line and carries design version 1.
