The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-ET-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It links servo motors to higher-level PLCs and supervises torque, speed, and position loops in packaging systems, handling gantries, and other automated assemblies. Its compact HCS01 format helps it fit multi-axis cabinet layouts where space is limited. An encoder connection and onboard network interface support fast feedback exchange between the motor, drive, and machine control without adding separate interface modules. That arrangement supports coordinated motion while preserving cabinet space for adjacent axes and power components.
The controller communicates over MultiEthernet, allowing one hardware platform to operate with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT as required by the machine network. The output stage can provide a peak current of 13 A for short-term axis demand, and position feedback is accepted through IndraDyn Hiperface and EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder support on Interface 1. This allows absolute position data to reach the drive directly without separate gateways. The mains input accepts 3 × AC 110…230 V ±10%, which supports use on common low-voltage three-phase supplies. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating for installation inside a closed control cabinet where touch protection is still required.
