The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-SB-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and organized within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. This controller exchanges cyclic data over MultiEthernet, allowing network selection among Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT without a hardware change. The paired control board uses the Basic design, which provides standard drive functions for general-purpose machinery. During dynamic moves, the power stage can deliver a peak current of 9 A. Feedback from motors is processed through a single-cable encoder input that supports IndraDyn Hiperface and EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoders, enabling absolute position capture at power-on. For mains connection, the device accepts 3 × AC 110 to 230 V ±10%, covering both split-phase and low-voltage three-phase plants. The housing is rated IP20, so it is intended for installation inside an electrical enclosure where finger-safe protection is sufficient.
Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, eliminating the need for external ducting while helping maintain component temperature. The HCS01 platform uses matching control sections and accessories from the same line, which supports consistent mechanical integration. Power is supplied through a common DC bus in infeeding/fed operation, so the unit can receive power from or share regenerated energy with neighboring drives. Interface slot 2 is empty on this build.
