Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW is a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It is categorized as an HCS drive controller for low-power axes. As an axis inverter, it regulates servo torque and speed in distributed automation cells, providing the closed-loop motor control needed for packaging, material handling, and assembly stations. The unit belongs to the HCS01 line and works with a detachable control section to form a scalable motion platform across the modular drive family. This arrangement allows the power section and control section to be matched to the needs of the axis.
Inside the power section, the three-phase rectifier accepts 3 x AC 110…230 V ±10%, letting the controller connect to common low-voltage plant mains without a transformer. During acceleration, the output stage supplies up to 9 A of peak current for small IndraDyn motors on light-duty axes. Thermal management uses internal air cooling from an integrated blower, channeling cabinet airflow through the heat sink. The housing carries an IP20 rating, so it must be installed inside a control cabinet. For system coordination, the unit provides a MultiEthernet port that supports EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or SERCOS III.
The hardware is Design Version 1 and pairs with a control section marked BASIC, which provides parameter memory, a SERCOS service port, and PLCopen motion blocks without the optional safety set. An infeeding or fed power module lets the controller act as a line front end or operate on a shared DC bus for regenerative energy flow. Motor feedback is accepted through the factory IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder interface, while a second feedback slot is not equipped to keep the unit narrower. This helps maintain a compact housing for tight cabinet layouts. No extra mechanical or electronic options are included.
