Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Designed for panel installation, the unit connects a three-phase utility supply to a single-axis servo or induction motor and generates regulated output current that follows motion commands from a PLC or CNC. In automated equipment, it carries out velocity, torque, and position functions while returning operating data to the higher-level control system for closed-loop machine operation.
It accepts a mains input of 3 x AC 110…230 V ±10%, allowing one cabinet design to serve both North American and international low-voltage installations. The power stage can deliver a peak current of 9 A, which supports short bursts of torque during acceleration or rapid indexing. Heat generated by the switching devices is removed through internal blower cooling, so no external ducting is required. Cabinet protection is limited to IP20, which means the surrounding enclosure must prevent contact with live parts. Communication is handled through a MultiEthernet port that supports common industrial Ethernet protocols, allowing the controller to connect to mixed network environments without extra gateways.
The power section is paired with a BASIC control section, providing standard axis functions without integrated safety extensions. The unit is Version 1. For motor feedback, Interface 1 accepts an IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder signal for high-resolution position control. The second feedback interface is not equipped, which helps conserve space in the housing. Energy is managed through an infeeding and fed supply concept that allows multiple drives to share a common DC bus. Because the safety interface is omitted, external devices must handle machine guarding.
