The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-AA-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As an axis inverter, it couples directly to plant mains and delivers regulated three-phase output for servo and asynchronous motors used in material-handling cells, packaging machinery, and pick-and-place stations. It regulates motor voltage and current so commanded speed and torque can be maintained during cycle changes and load variations. Integrating motion functions into the drive helps reduce cabinet space and keeps power and control hardware concentrated in one enclosure. This layout supports compact machine panels where several automation modules must be installed side by side.
The power section accepts 3 × AC 110…230 V ±10%, so the same unit can operate from single-phase or low-voltage three-phase supplies. Internally it can provide up to 9 A of peak current during short acceleration periods. Thermal limits are managed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which moves cabinet air across the heat sink. Because the cooling method uses enclosure air, the panel must provide a clear airflow path around the drive. A Multi-Ethernet port supports EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT from one connector, and the housing has an IP20 rating for finger-safe installation inside an electrical enclosure.
The controller is supplied with the BASIC control section in design version 1, which suits standard single-axis applications. Feedback is handled through the integrated IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder interface, while the secondary encoder slot and safety interface are not equipped. Without those additional interfaces, the hardware is arranged for one primary motor feedback channel rather than expanded feedback or safety functions. The power module supports infeeding or fed operation, so it can draw DC-bus energy from an external supply or provide it to additional axes. Within the HCS01 line, this power section is paired with BASIC control sections only.
