The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-AW is a compact drive controller in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It governs individual servo or induction motors in packaging lines, material-handling modules, and light assembly stations. Acting as the power and control layer between the plant PLC network and the connected actuator, the unit modulates current, monitors feedback, and executes shutdown functions so that mechanical motion follows programmed profiles with repeatable accuracy. Because it shares mounting dimensions with other units in the HCS01 line, it can be installed on the same DIN rail without cabinet rework.

Communication is handled through Multi-Ethernet, allowing parameter access through PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT without option cards. The BASIC control section supports standard motion functions such as point-to-point positioning, velocity control, and torque limiting for typical single-axis tasks.
