Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NW is a drive controller from the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It occupies the control layer of an automation cell and converts command data into regulated drive current for connected IndraDyn motors. Within a machine line, the unit coordinates speed, torque, and position loops so that actuators follow motion profiles sent by the higher-level PLC.
A cross-communication channel based on SERCOS III provides deterministic cyclic data exchange between drives, which helps support multi-axis synchronization. The controller is delivered with the ADVANCED control section design, which adds onboard motion functions and parameter memory for local setup storage. Thermal management relies on internal air cooling through an integrated blower, eliminating the need for external ductwork. During dynamic peaks, the power stage can deliver up to 9 A of output current, which supports brief acceleration demands on compatible motor sizes. An enclosure rating of IP20 means the device must be installed in a protected cabinet, and the housing provides finger-safe protection rather than sealed dust protection.
The power section accepts a mains supply of 3 × AC 110–230 V ±10%, which suits low-voltage regional grids and standby power sources. Field-level communication is handled by a MultiEthernet port that supports several industrial Ethernet protocols without extra hardware. The integrated supply is classified as Infeeding / Feeded, which allows energy exchange between drives on a shared DC bus. The unit uses design version 1. Encoder feedback from motors is processed through an IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 channel, and no additional safety interface is installed.
