The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It regulates servo or induction motors in distributed automation, providing torque, speed, and position control while coordinating with higher-level PLCs. The device belongs to the compact HCS01 line and is supplied as design version 1, which suits installations where cabinet space is limited and low-power motion control is required.
The controller is housed in an IP20 enclosure, so it must be mounted inside a protected cabinet to reduce exposure to dust or liquids. It accepts a three-phase mains supply of 3 x AC 110 to 230 V ±10%, covering typical low-voltage factory networks without an additional transformer. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so the fan pulls air across power components to keep semiconductor temperatures within limits. The power stage can supply a peak current of 9 A, enabling short dynamic bursts during acceleration or sudden load changes. For high-resolution feedback, Interface 1 supports the IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder interface, giving the drive the position data needed for closed-loop motion.
System communication relies on a SERCOS III master with cross communication port, which synchronizes multiple axes in coordinated motion systems. A secondary port provides MultiEthernet connectivity for networks such as PROFINET and EtherNet/IP.
