The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. This compact unit links a machine’s electrical supply to a servo or induction motor and performs vector control, current regulation, and diagnostic tasks needed for coordinated motion. In automated cells, it provides the closed-loop execution layer that follows setpoints from programmable logic controllers and returns status data to higher-level control systems. It is intended for compact cabinets where a small drive still needs coordinated current, speed, and diagnostic capability in one device.

For plant integration, the controller offers a MultiEthernet interface, so one hardware port can operate with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT, depending on the PLC network used on the machine. Power is accepted from a three-phase supply rated at 3 x AC 110–230 V ±10%, and the internal power stage can deliver a device peak current of 6 A during acceleration or other short load transients. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so no external ducting is required and cabinet layout remains straightforward.
