Product Description:

The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-ET-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It combines a compact power stage with a plug-in control section, allowing one module to convert incoming power and execute motion commands at the same time. In automated assembly lines and packaging machines, the controller supplies precisely regulated current to connected servo motors and closes control loops in real time. It also exchanges motion data with higher-level PLCs so the axis can follow commanded speed, torque, and position profiles during operation.

This model accepts a three-phase mains input of 3 × AC 110–230 V ±10%, allowing installation in low-voltage plants without an additional transformer. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which avoids external ducting and helps keep cabinet layouts simple. The power section can deliver a peak phase current of 6 A, allowing the paired motor to reach short-term torque demands during acceleration. Network connectivity is provided by a MultiEthernet interface, enabling direct connection to EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT networks without extra option cards. The enclosure has an IP20 rating for finger-safe mounting inside a control cabinet.

The encoder socket accepts IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder feedback, so high-resolution position data can be returned to the controller for commutation and closed-loop motion control. The unit is Design Version 1 and belongs to the HCS01 line. Its integrated supply section supports power infeed and DC-bus feed operation, so it can rectify mains power for its own axis and return braking energy to the shared DC bus. The controller uses a BASIC control section, and the safety interface is not equipped.
