The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-L3-NN-FW is an HCS drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It governs servo or induction motor axes in compact production cells, coordinating motion profiles and torque control for packaging, pick-and-place, and small conveyor applications. The unit uses control section A and is supplied as a complete regulation unit for integration into multi-axis machine platforms. Because it supports both servo and induction motor control, it can be used across mixed-axis machinery without requiring a different controller style for each motor type.
The drive exchanges cyclic data over a SERCOS III master (cross communication) channel, allowing deterministic coordination with centralized PLCs and neighboring drives. Its control section is classified as ADVANCED, which supports extended diagnostics and parameter access for more complex machine behavior. Motor feedback is accepted through the Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 interface, so the controller can process position information from compatible feedback systems.
