The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It is intended to command servo and induction motors in automated handling, packaging, and machine-tool cells, delivering the closed-loop regulation required for coordinated multi-axis movement. Its compact cabinet-based format suits systems that need coordinated speed, torque, and position control across multiple axes. This allows the controller to support synchronized motion in conveyors, transfer units, and positioning modules during repeated operating cycles.
This controller is supplied from a three-phase power bus rated at 110–230 V AC ±10% and can deliver up to 6 A of peak output current to the connected motor windings. Motion commands and real-time diagnostics move across the plant network through a SERCOS III master link, which also supports cross-communication between drives. Thermal energy created by the power electronics is removed through internal air cooling provided by an integrated blower, so no external heat sink is needed inside the cabinet. The housing is classified as IP20, so the unit should be installed in an enclosed cabinet or rack where ambient air is controlled.
An ADVANCED control section is paired with the power stage, giving the controller added processing capability for more demanding motion tasks. For feedback, Interface 1 accepts Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 signals, while the second feedback port and the integrated safety channel are not equipped, which keeps the wiring straightforward when only one encoder chain is used. DC energy is exchanged with the common bus through an infeed/fed supply concept that supports both regenerative and power-consuming axes in the same rack. The hardware corresponds to design version 1, and the unit uses the standard HCS01 outline for installation clearances.
