The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW is a compact drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It regulates DC bus power and executes axis commands for compact servo or induction motors used in assembly systems, packaging equipment, and material-handling machines. By combining the power stage and digital motion control in one narrow housing, the unit supports cabinet installations where space is limited. This layout allows one controller to manage motor control, axis response, and networked automation tasks within the same drive axis.

The controller exchanges real-time data through a SERCOS III master with cross communication link, which supports synchronized updates between axes and higher-level controls. Its control section uses the ADVANCED variant, adding PLC functions and extra memory for local program handling. Thermal management uses internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so external ducting is not required.
