The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW is a compact drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It regulates DC bus power and executes axis commands for compact servo or induction motors used in assembly systems, packaging equipment, and material-handling machines. By combining the power stage and digital motion control in one narrow housing, the unit supports cabinet installations where space is limited. This layout allows one controller to manage motor control, axis response, and networked automation tasks within the same drive axis.
The controller exchanges real-time data through a SERCOS III master with cross communication link, which supports synchronized updates between axes and higher-level controls. Its control section uses the ADVANCED variant, adding PLC functions and extra memory for local program handling. Thermal management uses internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so external ducting is not required. During acceleration, the power stage can provide up to 6 A of peak current for short torque demand. The feedback port supports IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoders, allowing the drive to process high-resolution position data from compatible motors.
The input supply is 3 x AC 110-230 V ±10%, which suits low-voltage three-phase control cabinets used in different regions. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, so the controller is intended for protected cabinet mounting rather than open installation. The power section supports infeeding and fed operation, allowing regenerated energy to return to a shared DC bus or be drawn from it when needed. Within the HCS01 platform, the unit is design version 1 and comes without additional design features. A secondary interface provides encoder emulation for legacy equipment, while the safety interface is not equipped and must be handled externally. The base drive is matched to the corresponding A control module so the hardware combination is aligned for use.
