The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-E-S3-EC-EP-NN-NN-FW is a compact servo drive controller in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed for cabinet installation, the unit regulates current, voltage, and feedback signals so electric actuators can follow commands from a machine control system in industrial automation. By converting three-phase mains power into precisely modulated output, it supports accurate positioning, stable speed control, and coordinated motion in packaging lines, pick-and-place cells, and assembly platforms. Its compact format also suits control cabinets where drive density and orderly wiring are important.
Mains supply to the controller can range from 3 x AC 200...500 V ±10%, allowing operation on a wide range of industrial power systems. The integrated power stage delivers up to 5 A of peak current, which suits small servo motor applications and helps keep thermal load manageable inside the cabinet. Cooling is handled by internal air cooling from a blower, so no external heat exchanger is required. Protection is provided by an IP20 enclosure, which means the drive must be installed inside a closed cabinet.
