The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It regulates power conversion and motor feedback to support closed-loop motion control in multi-axis automation cells and machine tools. By combining power and control electronics in one housing, the unit reduces cabinet wiring and keeps the installation compact. It is intended for applications that require coordinated speed, torque, and position control from a single drive platform.
This controller accepts a three-phase mains supply of 3 × AC 200–500 V ±10%, so it can operate on a wide range of factory power systems without a separate transformer. This wide input range is useful in facilities where available line voltage differs from one machine area to another. Cooling is provided by internal air cooling, which moves air across heat-generating components inside the housing.
