Bosch Rexroth Indramat builds the FECG02.1-18K5-3P400-A-BN-MODB-01V01-S001 for the FEC Frequency Converters series. This frequency converter is intended for general automation tasks where motors are controlled by variable output frequency and voltage. It corresponds to mechanical size 3 and design version 1, giving a compact package for panel mounting. The unit belongs to the second generation of the family and supports three-phase mains in the 380 to 480 V range.

The converter delivers a rated output of 18.5 kW while drawing a maximum apparent power of 29 kVA. During continuous operation, the supply line current is limited to 43 A, and the inverter section can supply 39 A to the motor windings. Communication with higher-level PLCs uses a Modbus interface, which supports straightforward exchange of operating commands and status data. The converter also includes an external brake chopper port for applications that require controlled handling of regenerated energy.
