The Bosch Rexroth FECG01.1-200K-3P400-A-BN-NNNN-01V01 frequency converter may operate incorrectly because of low-level analog signals that get affected by external interference. This incorrect operation can be avoided by using shielded cables with minimum wiring length. The product incorporates a 4-digit LED display on its operating panel that highlights several parameters such as the current rating and output frequency. The device also has Run and Stop keys on the panel to start its operation and stop the same when a fault is encountered. The terminal connections, screws and connectors of this unit must be checked to ensure that they are secure before the converter is commissioned.
This product does not have any internal contactor. The device tends to get energized when its main power supply is connected. The unit displays the output frequency initially by default after it has been energized. This parameter can be set to another value if needed. The upper cover of the converter is not meant to be removed for half an hour after the power is switched OFF so that the capacitors get fully discharged. The base voltage and base frequency of the product have to be consistent with the values indicated on the nameplate.
The device has an output frequency ranging between 0Hz and 50Hz. The acceleration time of the unit must be increased if overcurrent occurs during acceleration.
