Product Description:
The FECG01.1-200K-3P400-A-BN-NNNN-01V01 is a drive module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the FEC Frequency Converters series. The unit converts fixed mains frequency to a variable output, allowing asynchronous motors to accelerate, decelerate, and hold constant speed under digital control. Intended for general automation, it supports conveyor lines, pump stations, and material handling axes that need tight speed regulation without mechanical gear changes. Variable-frequency control lets the connected motor ramp smoothly and respond to changing process demand without mechanical shifting. By linking with PLC systems through standard fieldbus options, the unit can exchange commands and status data with higher-level machine controls.
It accepts a line supply in the range of 3 AC 380 to 480 V, and its power section is configured for 3-phase distribution so that motor currents remain balanced. During startup or rapid load changes, the inverter can supply 200% for 1 second and then settle to 150% for 60 seconds for longer overload intervals. These overload limits help the drive handle short peaks while protecting the power stage during extended demand. To guard personnel and provide basic dust exclusion, the electronics reside in an IP20 housing that must be placed inside a ventilated cabinet. This enclosure type is intended for cabinet installation where airflow and wiring protection are managed at the system level.
The converter operates in the 400 VAC class for use on common industrial power systems. It is delivered in the big size panel format, which provides space for associated cabinet components such as line reactors, brake choppers, or communication modules. The drive is in Design 1 and belongs to the 1st generation. Because it is supplied without a potentiometer, speed references are entered through remote analog signals or bus commands. This arrangement keeps local speed adjustment off the front of the unit and supports control from the main automation system.
