The FECC01.2T-B-STD-POTI-NNNN frequency converter is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the FEC Frequency Converters series. This unit conditions incoming three-phase power and modulates output frequency so connected AC motors can run at variable speeds for pumping, conveying, or positioning tasks in automated lines. Its control electronics, operator panel, and interface functions are integrated in a single enclosure, allowing direct installation on machinery control cabinets. Local parameter access is available from the front of the unit, so routine adjustments do not require separate external tools.
Electrical compatibility spans 11 to 110 kW, so the panel can be used with converters across that power range while maintaining the same command logic. The operator panel is classified as Design 2, which indicates the second mechanical revision and matches the current mounting cutout pattern. A backlit display shows 4 characters at a time, matching the internal register size used for numeric entry. The screen can switch between Frequency, Current, Params, Faults, which helps with viewing operating values and fault information from the front of the unit. For direction control, the panel accepts a reverse reference of 5 to 0 V, enabling analog signaling from supervisory PLC outputs.
