The EFC5610-7K50-3P4-MDA-7P-FCPNN-L1NN frequency converter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth has an output capacity of 16kVA. This converter is designed for functioning between an ambient temperature range of -10°C and 45°C. The product supports Safety Torque OFF functionality. This functionality should not be used to stop the connected motor. The device can be reset to factory defaults by pressing the Func button continuously until the display indicates “-b0” when the motor comes to a standstill. The unit supports simple parameterization by means of autotuning. It deploys an enforced air cooling mechanism. The converter has a 21A input current rating at 380VAC.
The product and the associated motor must be earthed separately. The Run, Speed Control and Stop parameters of this device feature the required information for its correct operation. The unit encompasses a dial that can be rotated to set the desired motor speed. It has a line code of 02. The frequency converter implements VxF as its standard motor control mode. This mode controls the speed of the motor by altering the frequency and voltage in a specific ratio to retain the output torque. The product is designed for mounting inside a control cabinet.
