The EFC5610-55K0-3P4-MDA-7P-DRNNN-L1NN frequency converter offered by Bosch Rexroth requires four M10 size screws for its mounting. This converter incorporates flexible cables with 0.2mm2 to 1mm2 and wire end sleeves. The product uses its B terminal to function as the external brake resistor terminal. The device does not require an external softstart resistor for its operation. This unit must be disconnected from the power supply before unplugging or plugging the connectors. Its digital inputs support NPN and PNP wiring with internal and external power supplies. The converter may operate incorrectly because of interferences experienced by the analog signal.
The supply voltage of the product must never be more than 5V on the analog input terminal if the analog current input function is applied. The STO terminal block of the device is a 12-pin socket with two rows of bridged connectors for easy wiring. The unit houses a 7-segment removable LED panel with buttons and a display. The buttons assist in programming the converter while the display indicates its operating state and mode settings. The cover of the device should at any point of time be removed only after five minutes of turning OFF the power supply so that the DC capacitor is discharged fully.
