The EFC5610-22K0-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-L1NN is a frequency converter manufactured by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat. The converter is designed to control the speed, acceleration, and power output of induction and synchronous motors used in the industrial servo system. The housing of this frequency converter is manufactured according to the IP20 protection class, it can thus meet the operational requirements of numerous industrial machines such as food production machines, paper converter machines, metal forming machines, and lots more. The operation of this servo drive should be carried out by well-trained industrial operators as the mishandling of the converter can cause dangerous movements in the industrial servo system.
The temperature regulation system of this frequency converter is designed with a very compact industrial design, thus the temperature it generates can be effectively regulated by natural convection. Under normal operating conditions, the frequency converter operates with an efficiency of about 95 percent, it maintains this high operation standard for more than five years without breaking down. This frequency converter is also designed to control the operation of holding breaks used with industrial motors. The output frequency used by this drive controller falls between 0 to 400 Hertz while the switching is between 1 to 15 hertz. Other functions that can be carried out by this drive controller in the servo system include Automatic PWM frequency adaptation, slip compensation, torque boost, and automatic voltage stabilization selection.
The EFC5610-22K0-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-L1NN frequency converter generates an electromagnetic field during operation, thus persons wearing cardiac pacemakers hearing aids, metal implants, and any other device affected by this field should not be allowed to move near the converter.
