The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-FCPNN-L1NN model can take power from the 1-phase AC 200 ~ 240V power source with ±10% tolerance and the frequency of the power supply is 50/60 Hz with ±5% tolerance. The EFC frequency converter can deliver 1.5 kW of power to the motor and have a capacity to deliver 2.5 kVA of output power. The carrier frequency range of the model is 1 – 15 kHz and the total weight of the model is 1.2 kg excluding the weight of the external brake resistor. The EFC frequency converter uses standard vector control (SVC) with 200% of rated torque at 0.50 Hz and a speed regulation range of 1:200 for providing high accuracy during rotational auto-turning. Some of the main functions of the frequency converter are setting frequency resolution/accuracy, multi-speed control, PID control, digital/analog input, and output. The display of the model is consists of a 7-segment LED panel and keys for manual programming.
The model EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-FCPNN-L1NN must be installed vertically and a minimum distance of 125 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the frequency converter. The model uses Modbus protocol with RS485 interface is used for communication between converter, drive, motor, and other I/O devices. The model comes with an EMC Class 3 filter and an external brake resistor is attached to the device which provides 95 Ohm resistance. The model is protected by IP 20 protection category.
