The EFC5610-15K0-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN frequency converter is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the EFC Frequency Converters series. As a variable-speed drive, it converts fixed-frequency mains power into adjustable motor output for induction motor applications in automated machinery and material-handling lines. It belongs to the EFC 5610 model series and to product line 02, where it serves as the interface between a three-phase supply and the connected motor. That arrangement lets the drive match speed and acceleration to the process instead of forcing the motor to run only at line frequency.

It operates from 400 V (AC 380–480 V -15% / +10%) and is connected across three phases for balanced power delivery. In heavy-duty operation, the converter can supply up to 15.0 kW, making it suitable for loads such as mixers, compressors, and hoists. Motor control is handled by Standard Vector control SVC, which helps the drive maintain usable torque at low speeds under changing load conditions. The converter includes an industrial-area class C3 filter to limit conducted emissions in plant installations. Its enclosure has an IP 20 rating, so it is intended for installation inside a protective cabinet. A Standard LCD display with potentiometer provides local status viewing and direct speed adjustment. This local interface supports routine setup and day-to-day monitoring without requiring a separate operator panel. Control wiring is handled through Flex-Control with Standard I/O, so common run, stop, and reference signals can be connected without extra option cards. The design does not include integrated safety-related stop functions.
