Product Description:
The EFC3610-2K20-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN is operated at an ambient temperature ranging from -10°C to 45 °C with a relative humidity of 90% without condensation. The frequency converter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth has an IP 20 protection class, designed for vertical mounting into a control cabinet. When one converter is installed on top of the other, a minimum of 125 mm air space should be allowed for air circulation over the unit. DIN rails can also be used to mount the frequency converter besides using screws. Mounting of the converter through the DIN rail, should follow the following procedure: hold the frequency converter upper component and the DIN rail at the same position slide or push the frequency converter horizontally until a buckling sound is produced to indicate successful mounting. Frequency converters with the cold plate are mounted using a thermal compound paste. It is advisable to use P12 thermal compound paste from Wacker Chemie. The thermal paste should be applied evenly with a thickness of 100μm.
The frequency converter should be connected using XLPE or EPR insulated 90 ℃ copper cables as per IEC60364-5-52. When using double cords, the connection should have two separate grounded conductors for protection as per IEC61800-5-1. Power and signal connection are stripped by maintaining a short stripping distance of 10mm. Using longer strips on cables may lead to a short circuit on the opposite cable connections, while shortened stripping causes loose cable connections.
The EFC3610-2K20-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN can be used with the permanent magnetized synchronous motor (PMSM) in an auto-tuning mode. Check the following points before auto-tuning: the frequency converter power rating is close to that of the PMSM motor, and the servo motor is at a standstill and not at high temperature. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
