Product Description:
The EFC3610-22K0-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN is part of the EFC Frequency Converters series within the EFC 3610 model range and product line 02. It conditions incoming power and adjusts output frequency so AC motors can follow commanded speeds in automated equipment. That makes it suitable for duties such as conveyor handling, pump control, and other variable-speed machine processes. This version has no built-in safety function and comes without extra options. A standard control configuration with a Flex-Control board and Standard I/O supports straightforward cabinet integration and keeps common control wiring simple.
Electrically, the converter is rated for a 400 V AC (380–480 V, -15% to +10%) supply and operates from a three-phase input. Under heavy-duty operation, it can deliver 22.0 kW of motor power, managed by Enhanced V/Hz control to maintain motor flux across varying loads. Built-in Modbus communication allows parameter access from PLCs or HMIs without extra gateways. The control section maintains a consistent response across the input voltage range, which helps preserve steady motor behavior during normal plant fluctuations. A front-panel potentiometer provides local speed adjustment, while a steel baseplate and internal fans move heat away from the power stage through top and bottom air ducts.
The converter is built on Frame Size G, which suits 200 mm wide enclosures while leaving clearance for cable bends. Conducted emissions are reduced by the integrated industrial area, class C3 filter, which helps panels meet EN 61800-3 without extra hardware. An IP 20 housing protects internal boards from objects larger than 12.5 mm and is intended for cabinet mounting. A standard LCD display with potentiometer provides local frequency reference adjustment and shows diagnostic codes during operation. Because no safety function is embedded, emergency-stop handling must be provided by machine-level circuits outside the converter.
