The EFC3610-18K5-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN frequency converter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth has a 1-year warranty. Consider the following environmental conditions before installing the drive for better performance: Rated altitude ≤ 1,000m, De-rating / altitude 1 % / 100m (1,000...4,000m), and a relative humidity ≤ 90 % with No condensation. The converter is manufactured in two separate versions; Analog and Digital converters. The analog converter uses an Auxiliary power supply for its control board with a Rated capacity of 24 V (-10 to+15 %) 200Ma while the digital drive version control board does not require an Auxiliary power supply.
Connecting the Relay output terminals in the EFC3610-18K5-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN converter requires inductive loads such as relays, contactors, solenoid valves, motors, etc. A noise suppression circuit also should be applied at the coils of the inductive loads. The suppression circuits should be placed as close as possible to the inductive loads to minimize the electromagnetic interference caused by the inductive load action. This converter has a Dust cover instead of a lead panel. If you want to use a converter with a led panel, you can order the led panel separately and then set the frequency converter with the Parameter replication function.
The installation of the Led panel on the EFC3610-18K5-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN frequency converter assists in indicating the operational status of the drive. Different colors on the panel signal different stages of operation: Green light- the machine is running. Blinking green light –machine run is pending. A short green light – DC braking at the start and a long dark green light -Direction change of dead time. The frequency converter will not function if the FWD and REV commands are set to run at the same time.
