Product Description:
EFC3600-0K75-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNN is a frequency converter that is manufactured by the Rexroth Bosch Group. It provides you with high efficiency and smooth speed control. It is also easy to install, run, commission, and maintain. The frequency controller features a standard design, a general line, and 3 enhanced V/f control. It comes in a standard option, inverts 750W power, and runs on a three-phase power source. Its main connecting voltage is 400 V and features ModBus as its main communication module. Other crucial features include a display design with a potentiometer, an IP 20 protection category, and a seven-segment display.
The EFC3600-0K75-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNN is to be mounted vertically, and the space of 150mm should be left between the frequency converter and the cabinet. Parallel mounting is achievable since it lacks side ventilation. The air inside the cover and cabinet should be dust and condensation free. Leave ample ventilation space to avoid overheating of the converter. Its operating panel consists of two major parts, the display, and the keys. Some of the keys include run, stop, set, and increase and decrease buttons. There are also three LED indicators. Run, which indicates the frequency converter is running, FWD, which means forward rotation direction, and REV indicating rotation direction is reversed.
Commissioning of the EFC3600-0K75-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNN Rexroth frequency converter is straightforward. All you have to do is rotate the potentiometer anticlockwise to the greatest extent, press the RUN key, and then rotate the potentiometer clockwise until 5.00 is displayed. You should observe whether the motor is running in the right direction, smoothly, and without abnormal noise. After this, rotate the potentiometer clockwise, then anticlockwise and press Stop. Remember to wait for 10 minutes after switching off before commissioning begins.
