The DMA 85B 4101-D three-phase servo drive module features a Class A drive inverter. There are chances of interference when the Bosch Rexroth product is used in a residential area. The device has a non-regulated DC link voltage of 715VDC. It is equipped with an analog interface that has 16 bits resolution and a standard encoder interface. The product encompasses a modular design. The module features an IGBT output stage. It supports automatic commissioning through electronic rating plates. The device complies with the low voltage and machine directives. The construction and rating of the drive module are also in accordance with the EN 50178 and EN 60204-1 requirements.
Overheating of the device is prevented through air cooling in the backplane mechanics. The +/-10V speed analog interface is a processor board that offers full digital speed, current and position control through a Ve-Con chip. It also helps in stimulating the standard encoder to transfer the actual position values using mating connectors or cables. The standard variant of the servo drive module has no additional module. The device experiences a maximum power loss of 380W in the switch cabinet. The drive inverter features a shock resistance of 15g with no functional disturbance according to DIN IEC 68-2-27 specifications.
The product must be installed only in switch cabinets that feature an IP 54 protection rating as well as have dust filters at air entries and exits. It can be used with the SR and SF series of servomotors and DU series of asynchronous motors from the manufacturer. The protective circuit for the module should be installed at the terminal strip.
