The DMA 45A 8001-D model is leading the world in the field of inverter modules. The model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat to provide cost-efficient and sustainable automation products for their customers. The three-phase inverter module is supplied with a one-year replacement warranty. The total dimensions of the module are 50 mm × 521 mm (W × H) and it must be mounted into the switch cabinet of IP 54 protection standard. The surrounding air must be free from corrosive materials, salts, acids, and dust particles. The three-phase power supply module takes connection through the AC 3 × 400 – 460 V power source and rectifies it to generate the stabilized dc-link voltage of 670/715 VDC to operate the three-phase inverter module. The 24V power supply module consumes 1.32 A of power and the inverter module undergoes 220 W of power dissipation. The model uses air-cooling (backplane mechanics) for maintaining the ambient temperature of the module. The module doesn’t have one axis positioning function.
