The DMA 140D 7301-D made by Bosch Indramat is a Servodyn-D series three phase module for both synchronous and asynchronous motors. The DMA 140D 7301-D is air cooled by backplane mechanics. The unit has a CANrho interface with resolver encoder interface, available only as the standard variant with no additional functions. The DC link voltage for the DMA 140D 7301-D is 670 VDC regulated / 715 VDC unregulated. Switching frequency for the unit is 4 kHz and 8 kHz. The DMA 140D 7301-D has power demand of 1.58 A from a 24 V power supply module with max power loss in the switch cabinet at 700 W.
The DMA 140D 7301-D has a mass of 19.3 kg and a module width of 200 mm. The degree of protection is IP 20 and it is recommended to only be installed in switch cabinets with an IP 54 rating with dust filters in airways.
