Product Description:

The Servodyn-D fully digital modular inverter series is fitted with different three-phase modules for the backplane module, and the part number DMA 140D 3301-D is one of them. This three-phase module is suitable for a wide range of brushless synchronous and asynchronous motors with backplane mechanics and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, along with the inverter series. The inverter has a modular structure that allows taking backplane modules and three-phase modules. The DMA 140D 3301-D features a 140 kHz maximum current while its width is set at 200 mm. It is only suitable for the inverters in the Servodyn-D series.

It is fitted with an air cooling (backplane mechanics) system, which is useful in regulating the DMA 140D 3301-D three-phase module's temperature and preventing overheating. It also features an analog interface with a 16-bit resolution, making it suitable for meeting high demand but not as high as the modules fitted with the SERCOS interface can meet. It also features a resolver encoder interface but no other additional functions. The analog interface 16-bit offers a standard encoder simulation used to transmit position values through the module. The analog interface in the DMA 140D 3301-D module means that there is an integrated software package in the inverter module.

The DMA 140D 3301-D analog interface uses the VeCon chip for fully digital control of the processor board's speed, position, and current. When the DMA 140D 3301-D is fitted with the inverter, it can be applied to different hardware, including built-in motors, asynchronous with type DU and synchronous motors with type SF, SR, and linear. Since the inverter features a DMA 140D 3301-D backplane module, it is used for cold module engineering. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
