Product Description:

The DMA 085B 7101-D is a three-phase backplane module with the air cooling mechanism for the motors and inverters. These cooling backplane modules are best for synchronous and asynchronous motors. The DMA 7101-D has a direct link with the inverter with 670VDC for regulated and 715VDC for the non-regulated module. The DMA 085B 7101-D lies in Servody modules that are mounted in the switch cabinets’ under the controlled protection category of IP 54 with the dust filters for the air cleaning. The DMA 085B 7101-D backplane modules have SERCOS-interface, 24 V motion controller, PROFIBUS-DP, CANrho, CANopen set point interfaces. It has no frequency of encoder’s interfaces. The module’s maximum current is 64-86 arms with a derating of 1.25A in the switch cabin.

The power demand from the 24V power supply of the DMA 085B module is 1.35 A and has a power loss of 380W in the switch cabin. The mass of the Module is 11.5 kg with 100 mm in width. The operating temperature of the backplane mechanics is 0°C to +45°C with the derating of 1.25A/K at +46°C to +55°C. The ambient mounting elevation of the modules should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level as an increase may cause a lower in the power and torque. The derating of the elevation may exceed 3000 meters above sea level. The module has the protection category of IP20 according to EN 60 529.

The operating condition of the water cooling must be between 10°C to 40°C with a PH of 7-8.5 and the quantity must be 5 ml. For the closed cooling, there should be the addition of algaecide in the water to prevent algae. The tap water meets all the conditions for proper cooling. In the cooling cabin, the water should be check regularly and maintain proper kit to avoid condensation. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
