Product Description:

The DMA 04A 1301-D is a new generation drive controller series capable of carrying out three-phase control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is produced by Rexroth Indrmat and can be configured to function in a broad range of industrial applications, especially those that require high and precise motor speed. The DMA 04A 1301-D drive controller contains a memory card that holds the controller’s firmware data; the memory card is inserted into a special module on the drive controller’s housing unit. The controller connects to the industrial motor through the motor feedback cable and the power cable. It exchanges digital information with the industrial encoder through the motor feedback cable and sends an electrical current through the power cable. All cables and accessories connected to this controller must be efficiently tested to ensure that they meet the international quality standard.

The DMA 04A 1301-D drive controller is integrated with different safety markings that are intended to warn operators of the dangers posed by different parts of the controller. The meaning of these safety signals can is clearly stated in the controller’s documentation. Only electro technicians recognized under the IEV 826-09-01 should be allowed to configure, modify or service the DMA 04A 1301-D drive controller.

The DMA 04A 1301-D drive controller communicates with other parts of the servo system through the SERCOS interface. The controller uses a rated current of about 2.7 Amperes and can draw a maximum current of 5.6 Amperes from the mains. The controller should be installed in a control cabinet that offers it protection according to the IP54 protection category. The controller weighs about 7.3 kilograms.
