The DMA 045A 8001-D is an inverter system with extensive closed-loop control for current position and speed. It is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat and suitable for use with asynchronous and synchronous motors. It leverages air-cooling for temperature regulation and comes with a characteristic 10-bits analog interface. The DMA 045A 8001-D is a standard variant of the Servodyn-D series. It has no encoder interface; it is and devoid of additional functions.
The DMA 045A 8001-D features a 24 Volts power supply module, with a current rating of 1.32 Amperes. It has an approximate weight of 7.3 kg, and its module width of 50 mm. The power loss of this equipment, when installed in a switch cabinet, has a maximum value of 220 Watts. At 4 kHz switching frequency, the maximum current of this unit is 51 Arms at maximum overload and 39 Arms at maximum continuous load.
