The DMA 045A 7301-D is a standardly designed Servodyn-D inverter unit from Rexroth Indramat. Its characteristic features include multiple interfaces, axis and supply modules and functional flexibility. The efficient operation of the DMA 045A 7301-D is due to closed-loop control of current, speed and position of corresponding drives. This unit delivers the highest demand on positional accuracy, dynamics, synchronization and speed-setting range. It boasts a modular design, optimized mechanics, supply-friendly regeneration and infeed, and efficient 3-phase position control.
The DMA 045A 7301-D features an air-cooling method aided by its backplane mechanics. A module width of 50 mm is typical of this unit, and at a switching frequency of 2 kHz, it has a maximum current of 45 Amperes. The command and communication interface of the DMA 045A 7301-D is the CANrho type. Also, it features a resolver encoder interface and has no additional functions. It is a standard variant of the DMA Servodyn-D series from Rexroth Indramat, and its degree of protection is IP 20. This model is suitable for mounting in a switch cabinet with a protection class of IP 54. While running the DMA 045A 7301-D, the surrounding environment must be free from corrosive materials, extreme dust, metal vapours, salt, acid, etc.
The acceptable altitude of installation at 100% equipment rated data has a value of 1000 meters ASL but with derated data, a maximum of 3000 meters ASL is attainable. At maximum overload, the maximum power loss is rated at 220 Watts. Also, its backplane module is the RMA/DM 45 type and utilizes two (2) cooling fans.
