The DKS01.1-W050A-RS53-01-FW forms a complete unit when combined with MDD AC servo motor and plugin cards. The drive controller works on 1-phase or 3 phase 230 volts AC. It comes with a protective shut down system in case of emergency. The product also has the function of integral dynamic braking which slows and stops the drive in the event of an electronics failure. An error routine can also be programmed in this drive.

It has inrush current limiting, which automatically lowers the inrush current without an additional fuse. This prolongs the life of the installed fuse or circuit breaker. Cable connection can be easily done via screw terminals. It has an LCD that displays numbers and characters and can be used to diagnose or troubleshoot the drive. It also has a provision to control and monitor the holding brake of the motor. You can easily adapt the motor to the function at hand by plugging in appropriate cards.

The heat is dissipated inside the cabinet in this product. It requires 50A current for its operation. The drive controller has a weight of 11 kg. It should be stored and shipped between -30 degrees to 85-degrees C. The motor/servo drive combinations listed in the configuration sheet can be used safely. Do not allow water to be sprayed or condensed on this unit. The bus voltage of the bus inside is 300 Volts. Maximum feedback cable length supported is 75 meters. Store this controller in a storeroom or place with no dust and no vibrations to ensure safety of the equipment. The place should also be dry, and the humidity should not be above 75%.
