The DKS01.1-W050A-RL04-01-FW digital servo drive is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The servo drive supports four types of command interface cards. This card may be either a SERCOS interface card, a positioning card, or an analog interface with an absolute or incremental encoder. The product has a PWM frequency of 4kHz and a three-phase connection. The device can work in dry, moderate, and cold climates. It is safeguarded against the entry of foreign solid objects that have a diameter of 50mm or more. The cables used to connect the U, V, and W terminals of the product can have a cross-section of up to 4mm².

The servo drive must be disconnected if it is subject to either a separate source voltage-withstand test or a high-voltage test. The motor and power cables of the product should not have contact with +24VDC and 15VDC low voltages. The X3 connector of the basic unit features two analog measurement outputs with a 10VDC output voltage rating and 4mA current-carrying capacity. The device features short-circuit proof voltage outputs. The Bb1 contact of the drive opens up when several errors such as drive overcurrent, bleeder overload, high heatsink temperature, and overvoltage are encountered. The drive can be delivered to the address of your choice across the globe.

The servo drive can be connected to a PC using a readymade cable of 2m, 5m, 10m, or 15m length. The product makes use of cables with a maximum length of 75m for feedback and motor power. The device makes use of a transformer with a 220V output voltage rating if the line voltage is less or more than 3 x 230VAC. It should be stored and transported between a temperature range of -30°C and +85°C. The unit has a continuous regenerated power of 0.35kW and a peak regenerated power of 9.4kW. The digital drive comes with a warranty for one year.
