The DKS01.1-W050A-RA02-00 can be connected to a single-phase power source (1 x 230 V AC). A protection system is available as an integral component of the DKS servo drive to turn off the power supply to the drive. Monitoring and control of the motor‘s holding brake have been integrated into the servo drive unit. Various software cards are needed for their designated functions. The software module consists of the operating software and the drive parameters. The required software module depends on the choice of drive configuration.

The configuration label has the type code for the servo drive that is configured, the basic unit, the software module in slot U5, and the plug-in cards in slots U1 to U4. These type-codes are used to determine the components that must be located in respective slots. The configuration label shows the kind of cards that are installed on the servo drive. The maximum allowed surrounding air humidity is in the humidity class F as per guidelines of DIN 40 040. The device can also be operated under various humid conditions, such as factories in cold, moderate, and dry climates. The releasing and contraction of the motor holding brake is controlled as well as monitored by the DKS servo drive.

A particular S..-DDS 2 connector kit is available for every configuration.
