The DKS 1.1-W030B-DS03-00 model comes in a compact design and an integral braking system which helps in decelerating the drive in case of any trouble. The DKS 01 digital servo drive is integrated by control and monitoring of motor’s holding brake and it is suitable to use with CNC machine tools, textile machines, printing machines, and robots. The DKS 01 digital servo drive produces the continuous regenerated power of 0.3 kW and the peak bleeder power of 5 KW which is produced during deceleration of the drive unit. The model is designed with an integrated power supply unit which allows it to make connection directly from the 1-phase or 3-phase 230V AC power source with an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz. The model uses the PWM frequency of 18 kHz to avoid power wastage and it also controls the power supply to the MDD AC servo motors. The digital drive comes with a DSF encoder and resolver for motor feedback.

The model DKS 1.1-W030B-DS03-00 requires 300V of DC voltage to drive the internal data bus or the drive and the power loss at maximum device loading is 230 W (for 3-phase connection) or 195 W (for 1-phase connection). The noise emission at the motor is reduced while operating at the rated current of 30 A. The digital servo drive can be used for different applications by installing various plug-in cards on the basic unit, together with the corresponding software module (DSM 2.1). The net weight of the model is approximately 11 kg and it uses a warm-type cooling method in which the heat is dissipated inside the cabinet. The model will not provide any resistance against water due to its IP10 protection class and it can operate under the maximum bearable temperature of +55 degree Celsius.
